The MANTIS 300 Performance Series (PS) III is the third generation of this extremely popular, award winning model.

Its predecessors, the MANTIS 300 and MANTIS 300 PS both gained great respect among users in worldwide tennis forums for their excellent playability and superior overall performance when compared with other similar and more widely known rackets. This culminated in both models winning the ‘Best Value for Money’ award (Tennishead magazine, Advanced Player category – 2011 & 2015).

The MANTIS R&D department were given a significant challenge to try and improve this latest racket even further. In order to achieve this aim we conducted intensive testing to provide a racket with a softer feel at ball contact and just a little extra power by increasing the swingweight whilst still maintaining its excellent balance. In addition, it was also a key objective to maintain the excellent racket feedback that a player experiences when using any MANTIS frame. This superb blend was achieved by adjusting the frame ‘lay-up’ (how the racket is constructed and where the carbon fibre is strategically positioned).

The 300 PS III can easily be fully customized to exactly match your own playing style and assist your improvements in the game. Similarly, the Custom Pallet Handle System enables players to change their grip size and even grip shape!

As per all other rackets in the range, the latest MANTIS 300 III now facilitates the use of advanced stringing techniques by highlighting the larger string tie-off holes.

The 300 PS III comes in the signature bright red and black colours with subtle attention to detail to finalise the premium look and comes with the option of purchasing with or without a headcover.
